At Wellbeing Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. This ensures the quality and safety of our health supplements.
  • Opened items are not eligible for returns.
  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free returns.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at info@wellbeingfarms.com to initiate a return.
  • Orders fulfilled by Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) will receive a prepaid return label via email. Please package the item securely and include all original materials.
  • Drop off the return at any designated WFS carrier location (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Refunds

  • Once WFS receives and inspects your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement, per your preference.
  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
